Novoric is a cloud hotel management system built for small and medium properties, with a particular focus on the Maldives. It brings the whole operation into one place on the web and on mobile. Staff handle reservations, check-in and check-out, room assignment and housekeeping from a single calendar, while rates and availability sync automatically to online booking channels and their reservations flow straight back in. Billing works in multiple currencies, covering folios, payments, invoices and cancellation policies, and Maldives tax requirements such as TGST, Green Tax and MIRA reporting are handled for staff. Beyond day-to-day operations, Novoric manages group bookings and events, function rooms, quotations that convert into bookings, stock and minibar, and staff permissions across several properties. Reports, a live dashboard and a built-in AI assistant answer questions about how the property is performing.
