Muizzu Abbas

Co-Founder & CEO, Heloxi | Co-Founder & CTO, Shaviyani Games

I’m a Maldivian tech founder who has spent years building software and infrastructure for the local market. That includes hospital management systems, billing and POS platforms, enterprise and HR software, and AI-powered CCTV and resort IoT systems. Right now I’m focused on Heloxi (health tech), Shaviyani Games (Dhivehi-language mobile games), and Adveyo.

I can help founders with product and technical architecture, building MVPs on modern stacks (Next.js, Flutter, Supabase/PostgreSQL, edge AI), winning government and enterprise tenders, and handling the practical realities of launching in the Maldives, such as local payments, regulation, and distribution. I’m especially glad to support early-stage founders in health tech, fintech, AI, and Dhivehi-language products.
