I am interested in how teams learn fast enough to make better decisions.

For much of the past decade, I have been drawn to the same kind of problem: a team knows something important, but has not yet turned it into a clear next move.

As COO at MyBump Media, and as a Lean Startup coach, I saw the same pattern repeatedly: a plan only becomes useful once it meets a real customer.

Before moving into growth and product, I studied Business Information Systems. I still care about the system behind a decision as much as the decision itself.

When I find repeated friction, I like to build the missing layer: a clearer process, a useful tool, or a better way to see the problem. That instinct shows up in growth work, product, coaching and good design.

Right now, I am exploring growth, AI search visibility and the practical use of AI in marketing. I am less interested in AI as a content machine than as a way to help people see what matters, test a better idea and make a more thoughtful call.
